Executive Director

A human rights lawyer specializing in DRC environmental law, customary land tenure, and Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC). Serves as the chief administrative and operational officer of RISE DRC. Leads organizational strategy, high-level advocacy, and nationwide expansion in accordance with DRC Law No. 004/2001.

Head of Community Engagement

A grassroots community organizer with deep roots in local indigenous networks. She bridges traditional elders, local councils, and youth groups to lead field mobilization, co-design sustainable bio-economy projects, and manage the Youth Advisory Council (YAC).

Director of Programs & Field Operations

An eco-system management specialist in Congo Basin biodiversity. Oversees the design, execution, and monitoring of all field initiatives across target forest territories.
